It may be the saddest news to most fans, but the 2010 FIFA World Cup has come to an end, and what an end it was! There were ups and downs, disappointments and surprises, and it all ended with one of the heavy favorites on top yet again!

Spain was expected to do extremely well in this year’s cup, and aside from Brazil most experts felt that Spain would be the undeniable winner of the World’s tournament. However, many spectators (especially some of our Bollywood favorites) are having mixed feelings about the game.

Most of Bollywood’s biggest names are all aboard the Spain banwagon including Vivek Oberoiwho tweeted, “Proved to be the best in europe and now the best in the world….well done, well played and well deserved! Viva espana!”

Following the lead of Vivek were Shahid Kapoor, Sameera Reddy, and Karan Joharwho were all quick to pronounce their new love for the Spanish side (and the lovable octopus who seems to know the future).

However, not everyone was as pleased with Spain’s victory; Bollywood mega-star Shahrukh Khan seemed to be the only one who actually watched the game as he tweeted his amazement at the atmosphere of the final game, but his displeasure with the game itself. “Everything awesome in the stadium except the game…scared soccer rules over fearless football…hardly beautiful,” explained SRK.

Finally someone who doesn’t just read scorelines!!! We knew there was a reason for giving SRK the title of King of Bollywood; he’s the only one who seems to know what he is talking about!

Sonam Kapoor has enjoyed a pretty successful year so far, and happens to be keeping quite a busy schedule starring in films along side Shahid Kapoor and Akshay Kumar. However, the latest news surrounding the Bollywood actress is that she may be headed across the world to Hollywood.

Apparently while in Los Angeles, Anil Kapoor(Sonam’s father) made connections including striking up a business deal with Hollywood funny-man Ben Stiller. The two will be working on launching a production company together, but Ben’s current company is casting for a new film.

After seeing some of Sonam’s work, Ben had expressed interest in getting the actress for a role in ’30 Minutes Or Less’. The movie is said to have a $30 million budget, and is to be directed by Reuben Fleischer.

The film will star  Jesse Eisenberg, who is most known for his role in the hit movie of last summer, ‘Adventureland’,  and even though the actress has a busy schedule sources say she will do her best to find time for this opportunity.

Shahid Kapoor is another one of those younger up and comers in Bollywood who seems to have and extremely promising career. The actor is seen in his latest film along side old flame Kareena Kapoor in the film ‘Milenge Milenge’, but following the release of that movie the actor immediately went to work on his next.

‘Mausam’ is the next film that is on Shahid’s plate and he is set to be seen alongside the hott Sonam Kapoor, and the film is directed and also stars Shahid’s father, Pankaj Kapoor. It is the first film that the father and son tandem will be working together, and it also seems that Shahid is getting no special treatment when it comes to filming.

“Shot a wet in rain sequence in the super cold scottish summer body parts creaking,” tweeted Shahid about his day of shooting. Anyone familiar with Europe can tell you that Scotland and England (where the film is set to be shot in it’s entirety) are not the most ideal places for bright and sunny weather.

I looks like Shahid has a lot more cold days and creaking bones ahead of him. Maybe he should cuddle up and get to know his co-star a little more! She’s no Katrina Kaif or Kareena, but Sonam is definitely a catch! (Just ask Imran Khan)

Although it is coming close to the end, the 2010 FIFA World Cup is still going on and is still a lot of the buzz amongst some of the biggest names in Bollywood. Shahrukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan have already made their interest in the tournament known, and now fellow Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor is joining the fun.

Shahid has apparently been receiving many questions on Twitter asking about who he is supporting in the World cup, and today Shahid finally let his allegiance known. “For all those asking Brazil and Argentina are my favorites … Argentina a little more,” explained Shahid.

Although Shahid is shocking no one by backing Brazil, his pick of Argentina is very refreshing as opposed to all the banwagon fans that seem to now support Brazil and Spain.

Brazil has a very difficult test set for Saturday as they will face the “Flying Dutchmen” of the Netherlands, whereas, Argentina will also be facing a fierce opponent in the extremely impressive German squad. It seems that Shahid will be undergoing a world of emotions as his teams take the field in the next two days.

Kareena Kapoor is one of the stars of the next big Bollywood release, ‘Milenge Milenge’, and the actress has been reported to be extremely upset with the direction the movie promoters decided to go with the movie’s tag-line.

Starring alongside Kareena in the film is her ex-boyfriend and Bollywood hunk Shahid Kapoor, which probably led to a little awkwardness and tension on the set. However the two were very professional about their jobs and were able to make the movie together anyway.

Unfortunately, the movie’s promoters are now using the line, “They are back together,” in order to sell the film, and that has rubbed the leading actress the absolute wrong way. Kareena has made it known that the two are NOT getting back together and is unimpressed with the use of her personal life to sell work from her professional career.

Though it seems that Kareena is being a little picky about things, because any method to get people into a theater usually worth it. However men all over the world are sighing in relief to her that the gorgeous female lead is not returning to her relationship with Shahid, leaving single men all over the world with that small glimmer of hope.

It took 3 months for this movie to finally come. Jeez. Are we really trying to capitalize on the breakup of Shahid and Kareena now. Boney Kapoor get a clue, this movie will look dated just looking at the fashion and everything. Get a clue and good luck on making this a hit. I mean the movie still features music from Himesh Reshammiya who is so 3 years ago just like this movie.

Most men would  think they’ve made it big when they receive mountains of female fan-mail, but Shahid Kapoor isn’t most men, and this isn’t ordinary mail.

Shahid has been receiving a huge amount of mail from female fans expressing their anger after seeing their bollywood hunk in a sex-scene with another woman. The letters, which issue stern warnings to the actor, have been the result of a scene in Shahid’s upcoming film, ‘Badmaash Company’, with actress Anushka Sharma that appeared in a promo for the film.

And it appears that the fanatic behavior doesn’t stop there; reports say that one fan had even done enough research to get the actors phone number and call him directly to let him know how disappointed she actually was.

Could you imagine??? This would be like having over 500 different wives to please! Shahid’s fans need to calm down just a little and realize that he’s one man. A man who probably only wants one girl at a time, and none of which are them. Shahid is a professional and should do what is asked of him. If that means pretending to make love to a half-naked bombshell, then who are we to judge? One of the perks of being a superstar!

Shahid Kapoor claims that being unconventional in the film industry is getting played out, and slowly becoming the new conventional style. “Films seem to be changing so fast, almost feels like unconventional is the new conventional…taking a risk is safer than playing safe,” Shahid expressed through Twitter today.

Shahid also believes that during the struggle of being unconventional many films, including some of his own, have lost their relevance and quality. “Sometimes when i see a film promo i wonder why on earth anyone made such a film, and i confess sometimes its been one of my own,” admits the Bollywood star.

Shahid usually isn’t shy when it comes to expressing how he feels (especially when on Twitter), but I think the actor does carry some weight with his observations.  And as Shahid makes clear, Hollywood is no exception to this phenomenon, as the actor point to ‘The Love Guru,’ staring Mike Myers.

That was definately one of the worst movies I have ever sat through and i have to applaud Shahid for saying what we all were thinking.

Bhavkoof Shahid Thailand is a country with a lot of dirty little secrets. What do you think the ping-pong ball show was all about? Some sort of massage activity involving ping-pong balls? Right.

Anyways supposedly the story ends up with him and some of his cast members leaving red faced. Was it because they were tortured with some bondage or they were embarrassed. I guess it will be Shahid’s secret.

Wow sleazers you all know about Shahid Kapoor’s breakup with Kareena Kapoor. This film dates back from when they were still together… and Boney Kapoor finally found a way to release it. About time, or is it because Boney wants to capitalize on the breakup of the two. Who knows but this film should produce masses for the box office.

Milenge Milenge is a forthcoming delayed Bollywood film, scheduled to release on June 25, 2010. The movie, which seems to be inspired by the 2001 romantic comedy Serendipity, is directed by Satish Kaushik and stars Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor in their fifth film together after Imtiaz Ali’s Jab We Met (2007). Other members from the cast include Satish Shah, Aarti Chhabria, and Delnaaz Paul.

It seems Boney Kapoor is resurrecting his disaster in the making Milenge Milenge to capitalize on the breakup of Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor 2 years too late…

Producer Boney Kapoor must have betting the Kapoor Jodi was bound to be broken when he cast Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor in his film Milenge Milenge. Too bad he didn’t finish or release the film… maybe his senses finally got him to decide to finish it, and capitalize on the on-screen chemistry of Shahid and Kareena. Except… the two are not only refusing to shoot a music video together but also going to promote the film separately. Milenge Milenge will be the duo’s first release together after their break-up more than two years ago. The song Sab Kuch Khatam Ho Kar Bhi… is almost a reflection of their real-life break up.

Says a source, “Now that Shahid and Kareena have completed their dubbing, there’s another problem. Initially, both stars had refused to shoot for the promo but after Boney and music director Himesh Reshammiya recorded a new song in keeping with the times, Shahid and Kareena were very excited. This song is a perfect duet that reflects that two characters broke up and have gone their own ways… how fitting.

Will Bollywood see the release of this movie in 2010??? Only Boney Kapoor and Bhagvanji knows…

On March 12th in New Delhi the prestigious Golden Kela Awards took place that announced quite a few not so surprising winners. Actor Harman Baweja won worst actor for his role in the Bollywood film ‘What’s your Raashee’, while Kareena Kapoor snagged the award for Worst Actress for her performance ‘Kambakkht Ishq‘.

The Golden Kela Awards, which started a year ago are spin offs of Hollywood’s Razzies awards take place soon after the Filmfares. Additional ‘Golden Kela’s‘ were given too Deepika Padukone for worse supporting actor in ‘Chandni Chowk to China”. While the Worst Film went to ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ & Ashutosh Gowariker was declared Worst Director for ‘What’s Your Raashee?’.

In the special award winners category were director Kabir Khan and producer Aditya Chopra who were the recipients of a ‘Lajja’ (Shame) Award for the Worst Treatment of a Serious Issue for the film ‘New York’ and Abhishek Bachchan won the Dara Singh Award for Worst Accent in ‘Delhi-6′. Unfortunate for Rani Mukerji as she won not one but two Kela awards for ‘Most Original Copied Story’ you guessed it ‘Dil Bole Haddipa‘ and worse pair for yet again ‘Dil Bole Haddipa‘ across Shahid Kapoor. Well duh! Rani looks like she could be Shahid’s mother!! Well regardless of the fact that none of the celebs mentioned actually showed up to recieve their award, the ‘Golden Kela’ will contine to say what’s on everyone’s mind but their too scared to say it.
