Despite it’s overall success, Sajid Khan, has read absolutely zero reviews of his brand new comedy, ‘Housefull‘, which stars big names such as Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone. Apparently Sajid, whose vision can be credited for the movies success, has made a religious vow (mannat) to himself not to read any reviews of the movie; NO MATTER WHAT!

“It isn’t as if I’ve anything against critics. It’s just a mannat I took during release. You see, I had actually satirized all the critics through a song I had composed naming them on stage at an awards function. There and then I decided I have no right to read reviews for my films,” explains Sajid.

Plus, who cares what they think right Sajid? Fact of the matter is; Sajid gets paid either way, as long as people go to see it. Sajid is so adament about the vow that he refuses to let cast members or those closest to him read reviews aloud in his presence. Now that is commitment, and at least we know he wont get a big head from all the good reviews.

It seems as though Sajid Khan has done it again, the Bollywood film maker has made another successful comedy. ‘Housefull’ is a hilarious romantic comedy and the audiences seem to be loving it.

The movie boasts an all-star cast including: Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Lara Dutta, and Jiah Khan. Akshay alone is a huge Bollywood name to have on the cast list, but the teaming of those three lovely ladies is absolutely genius.

The movie depicts Akshay as one of the most unlucky people in the world. Throughout the movie Akshay continues to build upon lies in hopes to find his true love, however the lies and stories just turn into confusion and some absolutely hilarious moments. The flick does have it’s share of “mushy” moments, but that is just part of the ‘romantic-comedy’ formula.

Riteish Deshmukh and Arjun Rampal also provide pivotal supporting roles, and add to much of the comedy and confusion that surrounds the story line. The movie is truly full of stars, surprises, and laughs!

Deepika Padukone Looking Hot In The Pool

Ever since Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor broke up two months ago, she has been getting repeatedly being snubbed by the family, from Ranbir’s parents to the rest of the clan. I guess word of breakups go a long way these days and since Ranbir’s family was not too found of her they have grown to appreciate the breakup. They recently went out of the way not to invite her to a party for all the cast of Housefull. Sad because Deepika was the leading lady of the film. Talk about hating!

Randhir Kapoor threw a lavish party for the cast of the show and other cast members couldn’t attend due to prior commitments but it shows that once you get on that list good luck trying to get back in. Other female cast members did not attend including Lara Dutta and Jiah Khan.
