If recent reports of Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan moving past their old rival ways were ever in doubt; sources now suggest that the two will team up and act alongside one another in Karan Johar’s next film.

The trio have been spotted having dinner and drinks in London over the past few days, and Karan enjoyed a private screening of Aamir’s latest film, ‘Peepli Live’, courtesy of Aamir himself. So it seems that the eventual teaming of the three was inevitable.

It wasn’t too long ago that fans would have never dreamed of seeing SRK and Aamir in the same movie together. The two star actors have always been each other’s biggest competition, but leave it to the abstract mind of Karan to find a way to make the tandem work.

Karan is the mastermind behind the pairing of the two on screen and with his edgy and original films; the idea of the pair working well together seems completely possible.

Some of the latest Bollywood gossip has included a story about the husband-wife duo Shahrukh and Gauri Khan shooting a commercial together.

The couple will be shooting the commercial for a furniture company and the shooting will be taking place in Mumbai.

It seems as though the two decided to keep a very busy summer. Especially if u include SRK’s trips to South Africa for the World Cup! While lately the two have been lounging around London while Shahrukh shoots his film, and dines with other Bollywood bigwigs.

In all aspects of entertainment, whether it is sports or acting, there are always going to be intense rivalries. One of Bollywood’s most famous set of rivals has to be Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan.

From the beginning of their careers to the present the two actors have been in competition with each other usually over the same roles. SRK has become the bigger name when it came to leading actors, but Aamir has established a bit of a name for himself as a director/producer as well.

Reports are now suggesting that the duo met up in London recently and ejoyed eachother’s company over dinner and drinks. They were joined by Karan Johar and Gauri Khan, and it seemed like all four were getting along very well.

Karan, Gauri, and SRK were also invited to a private showing of Aamir’s latest success ‘Peepli Live’, so it seems that all hard feelings are forgiven.

The rumor for the last few months have been that Shahrukh Khan, will be the next film-star to host the television show ‘Bigg Boss 4′.

However, those rumors were smashed today as SRK made it known that he will not be doing the show due to time constraints and conflicts in scheduling. The show happens to take place while King Khan is shooting for ‘Don 2′.

Amitabh Bachchan is available for the spot, however, he was the host of ‘Bigg Boss 3,’ and the channel has a strict policy forbidding repeat hosts. Apparently those involved with ‘Bigg Boss’, because they have no solid back-up in case things with SRK fell through.

It is being rumored that Akshay Kumar could step in and host the season, but the channel is prepared to go without a film-star if Akshay doesn’t work out.

As mentioned on this page plenty of times, Bollywood mega-star Shahrukh Khan is 44 years old and not getting any younger!

King Khan tweeted today that the idea of being a romantic hero as opposed to an action hero was growing with each film session, “harness hugging my crotch No crying but eyes water cos of smoke. No wind in my hair but sugar glass. Romantic heroes have more fun I think.”

While shooting his latest film ‘Ra. One.’ SRK admits that the days on the set are very hectic, but also describes that he is having a little fun with it as he pokes fun of close friend Karan Johar, “Been hectic days…with shoot going all around. Today Karan came to shoot…making him attend some action stuff, he looks most out of place.”

What would Bollywood be without SRK??? Something tells me it is going to be a very long time before we get an answer to that question!

The world of entertainment is full of constant change, especially when dealing with personal relationships; for example, the ancient rivalry of Shahrukh Khan and Akshay Kumar seems to be no more. 

The two were said to have bonded over a shared flight. And not only are they able to act civilized around one another, but sources have revealed that Akshay and SRK are basically best-buds.

I doubt the relationship is actually that close between the two, but it is good to see mature adults able to put an old rivalry behind them.

SRK has even requested a private screening of Akshay’s newest film, ‘Khatta Meetha’. Although the Bollywood superstar is unsure when he will be back in town to watch the flick, a source insists that, “The day he returns [SRK] will definitely be booked for watching the film.”

It seems like the famous king of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan, is always on the go these days.

Just a few days ago SRK was in South Africa attending a couple 2010 FIFA World Cup matches; however, the actor has hardly skipped a beat from his long vacation.

Today SRK was scheduled for some more filming for his latest project, which included some stunts and seemed to make him dread the thought of working due to illness.

The actor tweeted today, “now off to some shooting. have to jump and hang…still a bit tired with the fever..but u gotta do wot u gotta do. love u all bye;” doesn’t that just make you love the guy even more?  

Whether it’s jetlag, illness or age, it seems that Shahrukh pretty much unstoppable.

As always, any chance to rant about soccer will be fully taken advantage of here, and it seems that perhaps the absolute biggest name in Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan, will also be attending the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

The actor plans go enjoy the games with his children as he tweets, “taking kids for the matches in S. Africa. I also have an all girls team, which i coach ha ha.” It seems as though SRK may be an even bigger soccer enthusiast than Abhishek Bachchan, whom Big B (Amitabh Bachchan) revealed will also be attending some matches in South Africa.

The actor goes on to explain his love for the beauty of the sport and how he used to adore watching it with his mother. He also admits that he hopes India will one day become more involved in the soccer nation. “I am surprised that we were the only developing nation which did not take to football. [I] hope new generation takes it up now that we are leaders,” explained SRK.

King Khan also makes it clear who some of his favorite players are and why in this World Cup edition, “[Lionel] Messi unbelieveable. Kaka unstoppable. [Cristiano] Ronaldo speed & grace. [Fernando] Torres unpredictably cool. [Wayne] Rooney is a bull. will miss [Michael] Ballack. Xavi [Hernandez] surprise,” he describes. It appears that the superstar has done his homework, and like everyone else Shahrukh will be looking forward to the magic that is the FIFA World Cup!!!

Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan has been a huge figure in film, but with his success always came competition and conflicts. SRK has had a few disagreements with various actors that led to a certain amount of tension, but with time most of those have faded…Except one!

Salman Khan, despite his recent run of charitable acts, has always been seen as the main rival to King Khan, and can be known to have a bit of a temper; however, it seems that Shahrukh Khan is not willing to make the first step towards reconciliation either. “Salman and I are settled ‘in’ our differences; we have not yet settled our differences,” explains SRK.

They might have been two different people at one time, but lately the two have been becoming more and more alike. They both promote helping others in needs, and have fantastic onscreen reputations. Plus if they are opposites… don’t opposites attract???

Although SRK admits to having a good relationship with Salman’s family, he insists that the two just aren’t interested in being buddies.  “We’re two different people, very happy in our spaces, and very good in our spaces. And I think it should remain like that,” SRK said. Maybe the two just need to channel their tensions towards another movie! I’d buy a ticket to that!

Bollywood’s best jodi Turned Into Ash Last Year… I am not talking about Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan but actually the dynamic duo Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan who as everyone knows parted ways due to creative differences. A nice way to say, yeah not interested in working with you because I am better than you.

The belief that nothing remains the same should make sense to Bollywood. One of the thickest bonds in Bollywood with blockbuster films like Main Hoon Na and Om Shanti Om, Shahrukh Khan and Farah Khan have recently gone down the drain. What was the reason behind this infamous Khan split?

Our sources found the reason behind the split of this extraordinary duo. It was known that Farah was keen on casting Shah Rukh in Tees Maar Khan but because Shahrukh could not find time and Farah could not afford to wait forever and finally decided to cast Akshay in the film. It seems this did not go down too well with SRK and Farah had to bear the repercussions.

Farah went to SRK to make him aware of her interest in remaking the old blockbuster Satte Pe Satta which failed to interest SRK. After hearing Farah for a while, SRK finally said a firm ‘no’ and showcased his disinterest in the film. Farah had already approached Raj Sippy’s son Mintoo to buy the copyrights of the film and he willingly accepted the proposal. Shahrukh reasoned saying that he did not want to do a remake of Mr. Bachchan’s film to which Farah retaliated saying that he had done the remake of Don. Shahrukh did not really like this reaction and the conversation ended calmly with Farah leaving his company.

King Khan has also refused to do Shirish Kunder’s film and showed disinterest in ‘The Zoya Factor’ based on a novel by Anuj Chauhan which Shirish was suppose to direct for his production house. This news will definitely be disappointing for the audiences who loved watching the dynamic duo together!

Lets just say that Shah Rukh Khan may be have also got jealous that Farah Khan found a man with Shirish and SRK no longer had his bestie!

Well it is the 2nd Sunday of May, and all around the world mothers are being appreciated and pampered. It is always nice to give a little extra credit to that special lady in every one’s life, and it’s even nicer to see that the big stars of Bollywoodtake time to show their love for their moms! Except for Abhishek Bachchan, who was a little preoccupied with Chelsea’s victory in the English Premier League.

Throughout the Twitter world each star has taken some time out to mention their dear old mothers. Vivek Oberoi sent out a pretty flattering message to his mom, “Happy Mother’s day to all the mothers out there….and most of all to my amazing, incomparable and adorable maa!!! Love you maa-ur the best!”

Shahrukh Khan, reflected on his memories of his mother, and admits that the holiday is often a bit sad for him. However, SRK still made sure to acknowledge his lost mother, “ Mothers day reminded me so much of my mom. a soldier in spirit & body carrying on orders of god to give victory to her kids. miss her.”

And even the ladies of Bollywoodtook some time to send love to their mothers. Sherlyn Chopra decided to make herself an honorary mother, but her child is a little more smelly and hairy than most. OK so she does not have a child, but claims her dog as her little ‘diva’ and shared a picture of her and her loved one. That must be one of the happiest dogs in the world. I know I would be if the gorgeous actress laid a kiss on me!

Ranbir Kapoor has been an upcoming favorite for most lead male roles. He has captivated audiences with his charm and acting style, and has been a hot commodity in the film industry. Yet it seems that the actor would prefer to make his own name in the Bollywood era, instead of using the assistance of already proven actors.

Film producer/director Karan Johar has been a big fan of Ranbir’s work and has offered up a numerous amount of parts to the young Bollywood actor. One included a role that landed Ranbir alongside the biggest name in Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan. Unfortunately Ranbir has decided that co-starring in a film with SRK is not something he wants in his resume.

It seems as though the young Ranbir is intimidated by the reputation and talent of Shahrukh and feels that in a film starring both of them, his part is likely to be overlooked. “While Ranbir respects Shahrukh’s success and talent, he is still not ready to take up the challenge of being seen with him on screen as yet. The day Ranbir feels he can match up to King Khan, he will do a film with him,” explains a source close to Ranbir.

This is pretty sad. It’s one thing to know your limitations, but to be afraid to take on a challenge is a huge negative mark for the actor. Many young actors would die for a role alongside the great King Khan, and yet Ranbir feels that too much of his “thunder” would be taken away from the match-up? Grow up Ranbir, in fact, grow a pair and realize you need this sort of exposure to insure a spot in the Bollywood history books. Do you really think a chance like this comes around all the time? This is a huge mistake for the actor, and I’m sure he’ll regret it in the near future, or maybe smarten up!
