Yes you heard that correct sleazers. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra‘s expensive investment the Rajasthan Royals are turning out to be a sour point in their relationship. Sorry guys it seems like everything else with their relationship is going well, but with added strain creates added issues to their wedding. It always starts small and slowly turns into this huge cloud on the horizon. Their team has lost 3 straight games! It looks like these two should guard and or think more wisely about their future investments… During the last game, Shilpa and Raj’s morale deflated so badly that towards the end the game they were not even talking amongst themselves.

Lets hope this situation improves or we will find Raj Kundra waste away his fortune quite quickly… and maybe lose his lady in love as well.

Ranbir Kapoor told reporters today that he happy to be able to replace big named actors such as Shahrukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan in advertisements concerning Pepsi and John Players.

Ranbir underplays the situation and claims there is no replacing an icon such as Shahrukh, and also shares a huge respect for the styling of Hrithik.

“I believe that I am fortunate enough to get a chance to take their legacies forward’” Ranbir explained. One must show some admiration towards the fact that Ranbir has graciously given so much respect to those who paved the way for him, but I’d like to see a bit more confidence in him.

It is one thing to have respect for a pioneer and to be grateful for the contributions that person provided, but to say someone is irreplaceable is an excuse not to be great. The humble attitude is appreciated Ranbir, but it’s time to prove you can replace the King.

When people first heard of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif‘s relationship the news was all about their deep love for one another how they are such great friends as well.  Recently there has been a minor bump in terms of their relationship, but most would still hope that Ranbir and Katrina would be able to remain friends

Unfortunately that does not seem to be the case, sources say that the two were seen at Future Works Studios working on an up-comoing film, and “seemed to want nothing to do with each other.”

People also mentioned that the couple were avoiding eye-contact and conversation as much as possible. I guess the old gamble of taking friendships to a relationship level once again backfires, and i’m sure the awkward moments for the two are far from over. It’ll be exciting to work with an ex!

Shortly after wrapping up some portions of the new Hindi version of the movie StepMom, and not much after the release of My Name is Khan and an appearance at the Filmfare Awards; the latest news surrounding this Bollywood beauty is that Kajol is once again pregnant.

Insiders have said that Kajol and husband Ajay Devgan made the announcement at Ajay’s sister’s birthday celebration. Judging from the way the couple treated their first child don’t be surprised if we see very little of either once the newborn arrives.

Aamir Khan had originally announced that he would not be celebrating his 45 birthday, which took place on March 14th. However, the actor showed a true touch of class when he allowed fans as well as members of the media join in his small celebration.

Aamir should be an example to the rest of the celebrity population on how to be a gracious for the support that so many people give. 

Yes, we all understand that many of these celebs can rent out clubs and throw lavish and exclusive parties, but to actually allow fans to be there in a relaively intimate setting is truely exceptional.

It’s true! Just before the game played in London at Stamford Bridge Abhishek Bachchan was tweeting all about his beloved Chelsea FC. Though his knowledge of the Chelsea squad is very impressive and up to date, Abhishek must have been shocked to see a 1-0 score line in favor of Chelsea’s opponent Inter Milan, which ultimately knocks Chelsea out of the UEFA Champions League.  

“Here we go! Come on Chelsea,” was the plea from Abhishek just as the game kicked off, and not a word of it was hardly mentioned again, but it was prett touching to learn that young Abhishek and his father Big B used to enjoy the games together after long days of school or work.

Unfortunately, the Bachchan’s have not learned that the one true power house and saviors of the premier league is Manchester United and they continue to show their class. Fans of Abhishek will be happy to learn that the loss has not set back any work , and the actor is still in good health.

Jay Sean announced on twitter today that he is mulling over the desicion  to play in a mixed-doubles celebrity tennis match at the Maimi Open in 2010. Jay would be partnered with Jay Sean Playing Tennis Against a Pro and a Spice Girl, if he decides to play, and their opponents will be, former Spice Girl, Mel B and Serbian tennis pro, Novak Djokovic.

Usually a celebrity match would seem a bit corney; especially since tennis is such a techniqual sport and low skill levels will definately effect the entertainment aspect of the match. However, this particular match features one aspect that should be the selling point to Jay… Maria Sharapova is your partner!

Of course, Jay does have to face the precision of Novak (hopefully the two are on good terms), who just so happens to be ranked #2 in the world.  And lets not forget about Scary Spice! She obviously brings her own style and contributes significant amounts of ”girl power” to the match.

I’m really not sure where Jay’s skill level is on a tennis court, but he seems to collaborate real well with others.  Jay should just try his best not to do worse than Mel B and it should be a pretty successful outing.

Anyone who follows Shahid Kapoor on Twitter knows that he is not shy about sharing all of his thoughts with his fans and the general public, but it got a little depressing recently. 

Shahid sent out a series of tweets about direction and how he seems to have lost it. That statement is shortly followed by how Shahid thinks “life is easier for people who are less emotional,” but unfortunately he “doesn’t fall into that category.” 

Are you serious Shahid? Is being an actor really that hard? I mean I realize with a few movies in production life can surely get hectic, but do you really want to show the world how defeated you are? 

You call yourself a philosophical Buddha, but lets all be honest you’re just blubbering. Grow up a little Shahid; you really just sound like an adolescent having an identity crisis, which would be cool if you were 12 or 13 entering High School. 

And another thing, direction doesn’t come when it has to, nor does it involve any sort of honest and persistent search. Direction simply involves making a decision about what it is you want to do and doing it. 

So why not stop whimpering, and make a decent movie that’ll win you a Best Actors award instead of just a nomination? After all, it’s what the big boys do.

Yesterday was the first day of shooting for the new Farah Khan film, “Tees Maar Khan.”  The movie had headlines written all over it from the exclusion of some key stars to a false report of unhappy actor, so the question still stands…. Will this film be any good?  

Well action comedies usually do pretty well and the fact that Farah was confident enough in her choice to go with Akshay Kumar in the lead role, instead of the ever popular Shahrukh Khan, shows that the vision for this project has been in the works for a long time.   However, it’s hard to ignore what could have been.

Now I realize that Katrina Kaif is nice to look at, but she’s somewhat old news. It’s hard to remain the top beauty in an industry like hers, but I’d rather see Priyanka Chopra despite the age difference. And in case you do believe the younger the better, Sonam Kapoor was also an option for the female role in this production, and she is definitely a breath of fresh air.

And I’m not fully convinced that Akshay was seen as a better candidate than Shahrukh; seems more likely that this film just didn’t fit on King Khan’s to do list, and even Akshay admits “it’s a new experience for me.”  So maybe it’s something we should think about before rushing out to see it.

Well accomplished international actress Tabu is back and better before. In the recent past we have seen her roles diminish after recent success both overseas and in India. She needed to take a little career hiatus where she spent the time relaxing and enjoying life. She will be seen in the upcoming release Toh Baat Pakki, so fans rest assured you will get to see her soon.

She plays a mature elder sister that is having a dilemma of picking out a prospective groups for her younger sister. Recently on a press junket for the movie she was asked how she stays in such great shape.

Her reply was that she doens’t believe in dieting and exercise. I guess shes just been gifted with great genes than! Or maybe she doesn’t hit the bottle hard and eat bad food. Who knows>>> But at the age of 39 she looks pretty damn hot.

We already know about Amitabh Bachchan’s disdain for the media. HE is not a huge fan of the media, especially our type of media which is the sleazy gossip type. Well it looks like on Thursday the Mumbai Mirror wrote a very damaging article about her daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Poor girl she has been sick and some of have been speculating that she may be pregnant, may had a miscarriage, who knows what… These Mumbai celebrities need to hire PR firms to manage their life problems.

Poor girl she has been sick and the Bachchan family known for the secrecy, shroud themselves within it. The sad thing is they use Twitter as a way to communicate to the masses. Talk about idiots… Twittering is like saying everything on wikipedia is the truth… Whatever…

Anyways the article sums up the fact that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan cannot become pregnant because she has stomach tuberculosis. I have never even heard of the disease, I just googled it up. Crazy stuff… Anyways Big B has been pressuring Abhishek and Aishwaraya to get pregnant and having kids and the in the matter prefers a grandson. Of course he needs someone to continue the Bachchan trademark name.

“This article is in violation of the journalistic norms of conduct as published by the Press Council of India. Beyond your own disgrace, you have caused grievous distress and harm to the Bachchan family,”  Bachchan stated.

“The apology is to be printed on the first page of the entertainment section of the Mumbai Mirror on the same page, in the same size print, and including the signatures of the aforementioned journalist and editor and an immediate donation of a sum of (amount to be decided by members of my extended family of the blog) to a national charitable foundation of your choosing that supports those who suffer from tuberculosis and an article in your newspaper highlighting its work.”

Wow. Anyways using such jargon that Amitabh had… The Mumbai Mirror retracted on their “error.” What are these celebrities on, if they were not celebrities nobody would even care about them. With attention, spreads gossip and even thought its damaging celebs learn to live with it. I know countless ones enjoy it and find it hillarious. Indian celebs can ran our society, get away with crimes, working with the underworld and terrorists and try to control the free reign of the media. They are entrenched with the politicians, the police, enjoy god like status and they are know trying to dictate what can be said about them… 

WRONG. Stick to blogging BigB.

It looks Vidya Balan is moving up in Bollywood aka Mumbai filmy land. She has bought a new 4 bedroom house in Khar. She is really excited and busily spending time getting the place perfect and ready for her. She is moving out on her own, and feels like she needs space for her own.

It looks like she is growing older and moving out, and she plans to throw some housewarming parties but of course not like a bash at Mannat SRK Status. She will be throwing parties for small groups of similar friends. Vidya says she doesn’t want to invite all her friends because it will be awkward and unmanageable. She doesn’t want her film friends mingling with the non-film types. Clearly she hasn’t heard of alcohol, and it makes sense this girl refrains from drinking and partying. Well congrats on the new pad and I hope I get an invite from you.
