So what does it really cost now adays to party away with Jay Sean? We’ve heard about these ‘Super Sweet 16′ parties, but what about a Quinceanera with a Desi twist?

Yes – a little Latina chick partying away with Jay Sean…hmmm…something seems fishy here!

Each time I want to stray away from sleezing on Jay Sean, something just comes my way which makes life freaking easy for my! So the press release reads:

WHOA! Hold up…did it say performance by Jay Sean? Um…I know he’s popular and all, but for me, I still think that a little Latina girl who’s turning 15 would rather have some huge artist like Pitbull…Daddy Yankee…you know, someone of that caliber…

Christina Gonzalez, Director of Multicultural Marketing for Verizon West Area said, “The Quince tradition is revered and is evolving.  Although generally celebrated by girls coming of age, more fifteen-year old boys than ever before are celebrating this important cultural event, especially in the United States.  We encourage teen boys and girls of all backgrounds to participate.”

Okay…now this is what doesn’t make sense to me:
1. A Quinceanera is a 15th birthday celebration for a Latina girl
2. Why are boys being encouraged to participate? – Doesn’t matter if guys are doing them big too…a Quinceanera is for a girl only! DUH :-p
3. Why are kids of other backgrounds asked to participate?

I’m not one to be mean but has Jay Sean’s popularity gone down that much that now he has to host Sweet 15 parties for little Latinas across the US? I can see why though…he charges nearly $20,000 just to perform + they ask for all this bullsh*t like four 1st class RT airline tickets, 5-star hotel necessities, top-shelf liquor galore…etc…sad, sad, sad…when one of your own has to start singing at birthday parties to make a career.

Well, happy birthday in advance to the lucky lady who gets to see Jay Sean…i mean Kamaljit Singh Jhooti perform at her Quinceanera!

Shut up everybody! I’ve got a damn good excuse for falling off the face of planet Earth all this time. I swear to God I do. Alright, that’s just pure BS! I don’t have an excuse for being MIA, but you know what, F it because I’ve got one hell of a story that’s gonna knock your socks off!

So you all remember that singer from the UK, Kazz Kumar, who “apparently had it bad” for UK-Desi rapper, Menis? Well, recently she was out partying and celebrating former band-mate, Harry Sona‘s birthday, (she baked him a cake shaped like a mug of beer…corrrrnnnyyyyyyy).

Anyhooo…

Guess so SHE was getting all cozy with during the pre-birthday celebrations?!

Menis? No.

Drilla Kid? No.

JC of Sona Family? F no!

It would be the one and only R&B singer (who’s attempting to make a return on the scene)…Raghav!

So we have a friend of Kazz‘s who was present at this little get-together that evening. We’ll call her J-shizzle for now (thanks girl)! This secret source told us via an anonomous email, that Kazz “is my girl, but there was flirtation back and forth…he was vibin’ with her and she was feelin’ him…”

Now if that was literally or figuratively…we’ll leave that up to you! But looks like Kazz has her eyes set on the not-so-popular Raghav. I’ll cut him some slack, he’s trying to win back his reputation as a good artist, unlike Flake Sean ^^^WHOOOPS^^^

Curry Brown out! Peace out sukkas!!

Bollywood actress, Neha Dhupia, has always been one to stand different than the rest of the Bollywood actresses. She takes on roles which are different and define her acting talents.

Now Dhupia is headed on an even more diverse path. She enjoyed roles that are different from the usual heroine parts, sample her work in Ek Chalis Ki Last Local and Mithya. But her latest part definitely takes the cake when it comes to being ‘zara hatke’. Neha’s playing dictator Adolf Hitler’s mistress (and some say his wife) Eva Braun in Dear Friend Hitler, a movie based on their relationship. Guess who’s playing Hitler? It’s Anupam Kher!

Apparently the movie being made by director Rakesh Ranjan Kumar will show the last days of the dictator’s life, and how his relationships with those close to him changed during that time.

There’s always been a lot of speculation about Hitler and Eva Braun’s relationship, and Neha is reportedly doing a lot of research into her character for the movie.

We think Anupam Kher might look like Hitler with the right make-up but Neha as Eva? We’ll be waiting to see how she does it.

So for the first time, we can proudly say that a brown chick has been awarded the title of Miss USA 2010! But with all the pomp & circumstance…there’s also a hell load of scandalous news too!

The first Arab-American, Rima Fakih, was crowned Miss USA 2010 already has had some racy photos leak our from an earlier contest where she was the winner of Stripper 101.

Fox News was the first to report that Rima Fakih was a contestant in a stripping contest sponsored by a Detroit radio station.

The beauty is shown in several photographs on MoJoinTheMorning.com, a morning show on Detroit’s 955.

Fox News also went onto say that, “…a couple of the photographs show Fakih performing on a stripper pole in front of an audience of women in their underwear.”

So you know that we’re always the first to get some inside drama or scrumptious scoop [oh...that makes me want some ice cream right now! Ah, no tangents...] that we want to share with you!

Well, today I got an email from a buddy in Mumbai! This is what he told me!

“…I heard from a source who works at a Hotel in Juhu upcoming star Ruslaan Mumtaz , was visiting a extremely ethnically beautiful exotic woman who was claimed to be Indian, but looked Armenian or Italian, She was a South African resident who was on a short visit to Mumbai. He was seen by them coming to her on a daily basis and seemed very cozy when seen returning or going out on evenings.”

Our source also went onto say, “…she had a lot of arrogance and attitude they informed but she was extremely beautiful, perhaps she wanted to use him to get into Bollywood.”

So who is this mystery woman? It turns out to be Super Model, Liya Kebede.

So first let’s start at point A. Who the F is Ruslaan Mumtaz? I’ll tell you. He’s a nobody actor. Mumtaz said in an interview that he was the original choice for the role of Jamal Malik in Slumdog Millionaire …yeah, ok! At the same time his role for the movie Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai required him to have a “beefed up look,” which led to him being rejected when it came to the final audition for the Slumdog Millionaire role, which was then given to Dev Patel.

I came across an interesting article on Shahid Kapoor’s future as an actor. Felt like sharing so here goes without saying…that he’s deperately in need of a super-hit!

Badmaash Company is all set for release and from the looks of it, this film has the whole Oceans-series-loving-the-con-artists vibe about it. The one person whose fortunes are really tied in with BC’s success or failure is lead actor Shahid Kapoor.

We tell you why…

After Dil Bole Hadippa, Chance Pe Dance and Paathshaala sank at the box office, Shahid desperately needs Badmaash Company to be a blockbuster. Otherwise he is in serious danger of losing his ‘star’ status and being relegated to the ranks of all those actors with great promise and potential but zero marketability, a la Kunal Kapoor, Siddharth, Tusshar Kapoor…

Note: That’s gotta really suck Shahid!

His home production Mausam, directed by dad Pankaj Kapur, will be badly affected if this film flops as then there will be even less takers for a film starring Shahid and Sonam – both of whom have not given any hits in the recent past (*cough* actually Sonam has not had a single hit so far!)

With all the bad press he gets for not getting along with his directors (Parmeet Sethi of BC, Vishal Bhardwaj of Kaminey and even his mentor Ken Ghosh who directed him in Ishq Vishk and Chance Pe Dance), a flop would make Shahid even less popular with producers.

If BC flops, he is in serious danger of slipping through the cracks and losing future potential roles to actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh and even Imran Khan!

From what  recall about Salman Khan‘s “bad press” rep, he’s known to be a bad boy in Bollywood. From the animal shootings, to driving over people…it seems as if Khan has turned a new leaf.

Apparently he’s now known for his generosity. Salman Khan has decided to help patients in need of bone marrow. First he donated millions of rupees for Aids and Cancer-infected people; now he wants to help those in need of bone marrow.

A source told us, “Salman is ready to donate as well as generate bone marrow for patients who basically suffer from tuberculosis and leukemia.”

Well…I think that’s pretty nice of him. And besides making sure he’s fully involved, Salman has also asked his fellow actors to help as well!

Good job Salman!

Well, well, well! If it’s one female Desi artist who gets a lot of attention, it’s the U.K.’s very own Kazz Kumar – yes, her vocals are one reason, but it’s also because of the way she chooses to dress! She’s one bad-ass chick with an awesome taste in fashion! But lately her clothes aren’t the only things that are being talked about! It always seems to be that the media is always interested in who’s dating who! And of course, we’re going to bring you the inside gossip before anyone else does!

One of Kazz‘s very good friends and also her family members, have told us that she’s dating a certain someone in the U.K. music scene!

On her Facebook, she calls him her best friend, but come on, when a girl and guy are THAT close, you know there’s bound to be something more [cough, cough, Jay Sean...oops]! Pictured above is the singer with her best friend [or so we'll take it as], Anish J. aka Mr. Menis, a Hip-Hop artist from the U.K. Looks like someone is a little too close for comfort. The duo were spotted outside the movie theater Wednesday where sources said they were seeing, “Its’ a Wonderful Afterlife.”

Dal mein kuch kala hai!! They even have gym dates together and attend events with one another as well! So is it fact or fiction. We know the truth but it’s better to hear it from the sources mouth! So Kazz, if you’re reading spill the beans woman!

She literally did – no joke! And that’s what makes it all the more funny!

While Sonam Kapoor and Imran Khan were shooting for their upcoming movie, I Hate Luv Stories, turned out they got a little more than what was written in the script!

A source said, “…they were filming a romantic song in New Zealand and  were supposed to run to each other, and fall into a long embrace. Sonam was then asked to lean on Imran’s arms. Punit Malhotra [the director] wasn’t impressed with the first few takes, so he asked Imran and Sonam to lend more grace to the move, which tired out Imran.”

Damn – how that for being told you can’t act LOL

Here’s where it all went down the hill! As Sonam rushed into Imran‘s arms and he leaned back with a little gush of enthusiasm, thus losing his grip. Both the actors lost their balance and came down with a thud. Jsut wait for it….!

Sonam fell on some cow dung left back by a cattle grazing nearby. Hai Allah! The poor girl had to immediately rush for a shower.

The wedding’s official, here’s the couple with their marriage certificate!

Well, it looks like the marriage is now official. The couple did indeed get married through a reality show; however, they recently showed up at the citizen facilitation centre of G- South ward office at Dadar and got a duly registered marriage certificate done.

In his application form, Rahul had mentioned that he got married at the Leela Palace hotel in Mumbai on March 6, 2010 [the day of the shows 'season finale'].

From Rahul’s side there were three witnesses: Sameer Nair, Allana Fazila Sahabuddin and Auasaja Sayed Mohammed.

So finally its official, Dimpy is Mrs. Mahajan. I don’t know whether or not she should take that as a compliment or not though!

We always like to tell you the latest and hottest gossip about who’s dating who. I wonder where shall I begin….

Here’s a cute & pretty little girl, all the way from the U.K. Her name is Manjit and she started her music career amidst London’s vibrant underground club scene. She’s performed a number of live acoustic sets and featuring on various mixtapes, Manjit is becoming a regular on New York’s music scene and has been receiving great appreciation for her work. On a side note, she’s currently writing and producing her debut solo album Be The Woman, while also performing with her band, and showcasing her intimate acoustic set in New York City.

But here’s to the gossip. It seems to be that she’s been seen a lot lately with a certain name in the Desi music scene, Mr. Gatzby. So what’s cooking between these two? Not sure, I’ll leave that up to you to decide!
